Turn off Wi-Fi Calling

3. Go to Wi-Fi Calling

4. Toggle Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone to off

Afterwards, try the methods again

Reset your iPhone Network Settings

1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone

3. Scroll down to Transfer or Reset iPhone

4. Tap Reset
